Abs, Back and Bi’s, and A Meal Prep!

Hey all🤗

I completed my first day of actual PT classes today. I am super excited to get started !😄

I have been waking up at 5am to get to the gym in time before my 8:00am class, but it is DEFINITELY worth it!🤗😴😴😴

Here is my ab workout from yesterday:

  • Straight arm crunches 25×4
  • Balance Ball abs 25×4
  • Scissor kicks 25×4
  • Russian twists (with Med ball) 25×4
  • Ankle taps 25×4
  • Bicycle kicks 25×4

I also made a crock pot recipe that I meal prepped for the week and it came out really good!😁👍


•2.5 lbs boneless and skinless

•1/2 tsp garlic and onion powder

•1 medium onion

•14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes (drained)

•Fresh parsley •1/2 cup chicken broth (low sodium)

•1/2 cup balsamic vinegar •2 tsp Italian seasoning •Salt and pepper

Cube the chicken and season with the garlic, onion, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Place the chicken in crock pot and add chicken broth, tomatoes, onion (thinly chopped), parsley,  and balsamic! 🔥Cook on high for 3-4 hours !🔥

Sides are broccoli and sweet potato chunks with cinnamon and garlic ! 🍽

Meal prepping helps me stay away from all of the tempting cafeteria options 🍕 and saves 💸

Today I did back and bi’s


  • Dumbbell row 4×12
  • DB curls 4×12
  • Single arm lat pulldown 4×12
  • Cable row 4×12
  • Cable curls 4×12
  • Cable high row 4×12
  • Preacher curl machine 4×12
  • Lat pulldown machine 4×12
  • Band curls 4×12

I had to rush through my workout to get to class on time, but once I get use to my schedule it will get easier!

I also did not have time for cardio, but I did make a effort to go for a walk after class👍
